Question by The Leader: Amazon Alliance Shut Down My Account Please Help?

Can anyone who was a former employee of Amaon.com alliance or trust and security program Please Help Me or Show me How to Get My Account Back!!
Here is my story. My mom moved in with me this Spring. She had her account blocked by amazon due to a “Family Crisis” and she got behind. I just started Amazon a month before she moved in. She set up her router and Laptop in her room so she could use my ISP thru the router. I am not computer “Literate” at all but I am guessing this is where the culprit came from. They stated that I was peramanently blocked because i was associated with another blocked account. Could it be her router or her computer that caused this and Please I need anyone to tell me what to do to get back up and running as i have max out my CC’s on stock and this is the only way i take care of my (5) children and mom now!!
Amazon.com has been extreemly rude and will not even return my e-mail or talk to me about the situation they say all decissions are final.
I am willing to do anything that needs to be done–new computer, bank account, etc to get back in business. You will have to guide me step-by-step as i don’t know anything about IP addresses and so on.
